Blogging . . . This is my new challenge but I also believe this will be a valuable learning tool and an excellent resource for me as I step back into the classroom. This time I will not be the regular classroom teacher, but the substitute teacher. Since I have had very limited time in the classroom over the past several years, I am looking for ideas as I prepare to make that step. I am interested in finding some tried and true teaching ideas for grade levels K-5 in the areas of classroom management, five minute activities, lesson plans, teaching tips, Internet resources, and a list of some good books to share. I am also interested in learning about the latest educational jargon and for information on how education has changed in the last eight years.
